Kelly Palace, Director & Speaker Coordinator For the third year in a row Kelly will oversee the general operations of the Vibrant Women's Conference. Her main role is to organize the Speaker's Workshops and help the other Directors achieve their goals. Kelly's vision for the conference is to involve as many women and women's organizations as possible, so that this is a conference for women by women. Contact Kelly: kellypalace@earthlink.net 
Crystal Rheinlander, Event Location Director Crystal has been planning parties and special events for more than 20 years. She is the owner of A Perfect Occasion- Party and Event Planning. Crystal moved to Brevard County Florida in 1995 were she provides her services to several non-profits within the community. Successful events have included Golf Tournaments, Open Houses, Groundbreakings, Talent Shows, Dinner Shows, Cocktail Receptions, Balls and Galas, Corporate Meetings and numerous events.  Donn Miller-Kermani, Community & Workshop Liason Donn, who is the Director of the Women's Business Center at Florida Institute of Technology, will work with the conference in helping select the curriculum/speakers for the workshops. Donn also works with many women's organizations throughout the community that will all work in harmony to make the conference a success. Contact Donn: dkermani@fit.edu Marty Ward, Sales & Marketing Director Marty brings a wealth of experience to the Vibrant Women's Conference. A former Campaign Manager for a Congressional candidate, Marty is an expert in Sales and Marketing. Her passion for the vision and mission of the Vibrant Women's Conference led her to this position. Contact Marty: marty@rcn.com Cessy Meacham, Expo & Registration Director For the third year in a row Cessy will oversee the Expo and Registration of the Vibrant Women's Conference. Exhibitors will enjoy working with Cessy, who is detail oriented and has great follow-up. Her main role is to make it a great experience for Exhibitors and Attendees when they arrive at the conference to find an organized and efficient process. Contact Cessy: cessy@accesstravelservices.com Karen Kerr, Event Program Director For the third year in a row Karen will oversee the production of the event "workbook" and ballroom signage for the conference. Last year's event book was a huge hit with participants, as it was more than a program and was filled with exercises, poems, inspirational quotes and great products and services for attendees. Karen's main role is to delivery a quality product to the attendees and make sure that signage for the event helps create a beautiful and informative environment. Contact Karen: karen@southcominc.com  Ros Lanthorne, Vibrant Women Awards Director Ros who is an expert in connecting women and their businesses will head up the Vibrant Women Awards. This is award’s ceremony that will take place during the Vibrant Women’s Conference that honors Vibrant Women from various Brevard County organizations, businesses and groups. Each organization or business selects one woman from its group that will be honored as the “Vibrant Woman of ...”.
